    Conversions, abbreviations… wow, this is one for all of you cooks out there who, like me, have spent hours trying to find conversions for all these confusing measurements you see quoted in your recipes... From cups to tablespoons, to teaspoons, to milliliters for fluids, and ounces, pounds, grams or kilograms for solids, from Fahrenheit to Celsius... and throw in all the abbreviations! It is a jungle out there ;-) Here are some of the most common measures and their conversions – all in one place! ;-). You’ll notice that our recipes have cup measures converted to ml and grams where this makes sense, and oz measures converted to grams so that you don’t have to worry your pretty little heads… Yes, just say THANK YOU M-JOY!
